Damaged Product
In the event of a damaged product, Greta will send a replacement to the customer free of charge.
Exchanges or Returns upon Withdrawal

Explain the reason for the exchange or return.

How do exchanges and returns work?

We do not offer exchanges for personalised items or gifts;

Personalised products cannot be cancelled or exchanged, as they are custom-made (e.g. with names, numbers, or championship logos). If your personalised item has a defect in the product or in the personalisation, please contact our support team;

Cancellation, refunds, or withdrawals of orders that have already been dispatched are not possible. In such cases, the delivery must be completed before a return can be requested;

Exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery via postal service;

The customer is fully responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges or returns;

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and – if applicable – with an intact seal and all accessories included;

Greta accepts no liability for products damaged through improper use or for claims made outside the stated timeframes.
When will I receive my refund?
Our finance team reserves up to 7 working days to process and approve the refund in accordance with our policies and the reason provided by the customer.
Please note that the refund timeline depends on the financial institutions involved, such as AppMax, and not on us directly.

For credit card payments, the refund will be issued as a credit within 30 to 90 days;

For payments made via bank transfer (Boleto) or PIX, the refund will be processed within 3 working days of approval.
